Job Description:
Experience 1 year as an office boy
- Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments according to staff preferences.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Keep the kitchen and pantry area clean and organized, including washing dishes and utensils.
- Supplies Management: Monitor and replenish supplies such as tea, coffee, sugar, and snacks as needed.
- Office Support: Assist in setting up for meetings, including preparing refreshments and ensuring meeting rooms are tidy.
- Customer Service: Greet visitors and staff politely, providing them with beverages and addressing their needs.
- Cleaning Duties: Assist in maintaining cleanliness in common areas, including the break room and dining areas.
Qualification:
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of beverage preparation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry supplies.
- Willingness to perform tasks that may involve standing and moving throughout the office.
