OCTAOOP, a fast-growing digital marketing and advertising agency, seeks a talented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our remote team!


In this role, you will:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients in the US and UK markets.

- Build strong relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and present customized solutions.

- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, development) to ensure successful client onboarding and project delivery.

- Track and analyze sales performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.


You're a perfect fit if you have:

- 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in digital marketing or advertising.

- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue goals.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with clients at all levels.
