Export Officer [Job ID: 31152240]

We are hiring an Export Officer with a strong background in supply chain and logistics to join our team at Nexumline. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Pakistan’s exports, particularly trending commodities, and the factors influencing trade with different regions.

- Manage and oversee the entire export process from order initiation to final shipment.

- Prepare, review, and process all necessary export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates, etc.).

- Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics) to ensure timely delivery of goods.

- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders including customs authorities, shipping lines, and freight forwarders.

- Track and report on shipment status, resolving any issues or delays.

- Monitor global market trends, particularly in commodities exported from Pakistan, and provide recommendations for business strategy.

- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.

- Analyze shipping routes, tariffs, and other factors affecting international logistics.

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an export or supply chain role.

- Familiarity with trending export commodities from Pakistan and factors affecting exports (tariffs, regulations, shipping routes).

- Knowledge of export documentation, customs procedures, and international shipping terms.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and relevant ERP systems.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
