Export Officer

- Manage and oversee the entire export process from order initiation to final shipment.

- Prepare, review, and process all necessary export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates, etc.).

- Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics) to ensure timely delivery of goods.

- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders including customs authorities, shipping lines, and freight forwarders.

- Track and report on shipment status, resolving any issues or delays.

- Monitor global market trends, particularly in commodities exported from Pakistan, and provide recommendations for business strategy.

- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.

- Analyze shipping routes, tariffs, and other factors affecting international logistics.
