Job Title: Fulfillment Expert/Order Dispatcher Location: Steel Baagh Chowk, Kasur Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: As a Fulfillment Expert/Order Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining efficient operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Order Processing and Dispatch 2. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment. 3. Verify order details, inventory availability, and shipping information. 4. Process and dispatch orders efficiently and accurately. 5. Communicate with customers, sales teams, and other departments via phone, email, or chat. 6. Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, damages, or missing items. 7. Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies. 8. Collaborate with logistics partners to resolve shipping issues. 9. Maintain accurate records and update order status in the system. 10. Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Requirements: 1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred. 2. Experience: 1-2 years in order fulfillment, logistics, or a related field. 3. Skills: - Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks. - Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office. - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience with e-commerce platforms and order management systems. 2. Knowledge of logistics and shipping regulations.
