Key Responsibilities: Use various recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.) to identify and engage with potential candidates. Develop creative sourcing strategies to build a diverse talent pool. Actively network and maintain a strong database of candidates for current and future needs. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and job requirements. Create and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for frequently filled roles and future openings. Regularly engage with passive candidates to build relationships for future hiring needs. Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to understand workforce requirements. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and talent availability. Assist in designing job descriptions that attract the right talent. Provide recruitment insights and data to improve the hiring process and strategies. Act as an ambassador of the company to promote a strong employer brand. Use social media and other channels to enhance the company’s visibility in the job market. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Proven ability to source and attract top talent across various industries and job levels. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong interviewing skills and experience in candidate assessment. Ability to multitask and handle multiple job openings at once.
