In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and establishing relationships with clients seeking logistics solutions. Your expertise in international shipping will help our clients optimize their supply chain operations.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts in the international logistics sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their logistics needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics services.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the logistics industry.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with carriers and clients to ensure profitability and competitive positioning.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to achieve targets and optimize sales strategies.
Stay updated on industry regulations, customs requirements, and market conditions affecting international shipping.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in logistics sales, preferably in international shipping.
Strong understanding of logistics operations, customs regulations, and supply chain processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
