Description

Job Responsibilities:

·       Assist the immediate supervisor in document submission by adherence of all legal and company defined policies

·       Assist supervisor/line manager for preparation of all documentation which may include possession letters, allocation letters, allotment letters, and coordination of physical possession handing over to the customer in coordination with concerned departments and location plans

·       Coordination and assist in completion of all documentation related to customer in all aspect for compliance of company policies and updating the customer record in all related software and processing customer files

·       Handling customer grievances, queries, and responding promptly as per company’s policies and guidelines

·       After sales client services related to client ledgers, installments, allocations, surcharges, refunds, merging, and any other client facilitation services

·       Any other task given by the line manager

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum bachelor
  • 01-03 years of Hands-on experience in Real Estate Sector

Requirements:

  • Strong Command on MS-Office and ERP (Real Estate)
  • Presentable personality, Can Do Attitude, Team Player
