Job Title: Cold Call Closer / Sales Closer Location: Johar Town, Lahore, Pakistan Salary Range: PKR 80,000 – 200,000 per month (based on experience) Work Style: On-site & Night Shift Office Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Monday to Saturday) We are seeking an experienced Cold Call Closer to join our dynamic team in Lahore. This role is crucial to our sales process, focusing on converting cold leads into customers through persuasive communication and closing deals effectively. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, specifically in cold calling and closing, and possess a deep understanding of sales processes and client engagement strategies.
- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients in order to sell products or services. - Effectively manage the sales pipeline from cold outreach to closing deals. - Build strong relationships with prospects and understand their needs to offer tailored solutions. - Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. - Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and sales activity in the CRM. - Collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies and close more deals. - Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to deliver high-quality sales pitches.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cold calling and sales closing. - Strong knowledge of sales closing techniques and headset systems. - Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive attitude. - Ability to work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM. - Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets. - Experience in using CRMs and maintaining detailed client records.
