SmartBenefits is seeking a proactive and skilled B2B Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.

  • Location: DHA Phase 2, Karachi
  • Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)

Major Responsibilities:

  • Engage with corporate clients to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with insurance partners to develop customized proposals that meet client requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends through workshops, publications, and networking.
  • Execute strategic plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for sustainable growth.
  • Analyze the market to devise effective strategies for attracting and retaining clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date corporate information, contacts, and deal details in our CRM system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Provide clients with updates on policy changes, renewals, and coverage details.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and providing after-sales support.
  • Communicate effectively with insurance companies to negotiate terms and resolve client issues.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the insurance sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer focus and understanding of insurance products and client needs.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to travel as required to meet clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
