SmartBenefits is seeking a proactive and skilled B2B Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.
- Location: DHA Phase 2, Karachi
- Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)
Major Responsibilities:
- Engage with corporate clients to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with insurance partners to develop customized proposals that meet client requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends through workshops, publications, and networking.
- Execute strategic plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for sustainable growth.
- Analyze the market to devise effective strategies for attracting and retaining clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date corporate information, contacts, and deal details in our CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Provide clients with updates on policy changes, renewals, and coverage details.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and providing after-sales support.
- Communicate effectively with insurance companies to negotiate terms and resolve client issues.

Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer focus and understanding of insurance products and client needs.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to travel as required to meet clients.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
