Responsibilities:

About Us:

The Oneiro School House is dedicated to providing quality education and a nurturing environment for our students. We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our school's financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all school accounts and financial records.
Handle daily cash flow, including deposits, disbursements, and reconciliations.
Manage student fees, including invoicing, payment tracking, and follow-ups.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Assist with budgeting and financial planning.
Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and manage petty cash.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Master's degree is preferred.
Proven experience in accounting or financial management (experience in an educational institution is a plus).
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Good personality- ability to deal with parents and teachers on daily basis.
Can take pressure and have a pleasant attitude.
