Responsibilities:
About Us:
The Oneiro School House is dedicated to providing quality education and a nurturing environment for our students. We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our school's financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all school accounts and financial records.
- Handle daily cash flow, including deposits, disbursements, and reconciliations.
- Manage student fees, including invoicing, payment tracking, and follow-ups.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning.
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and manage petty cash.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in accounting or financial management (experience in an educational institution is a plus).
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Good personality- ability to deal with parents and teachers on daily basis.
- Can take pressure and have a pleasant attitude.
