About Kumorai:

Responsibilities:

Key Areas of Focus:

• Design and maintain scalable and modular frontend architecture.

• Build dynamic web applications using Angular 10+ and Material Design.

• Work on integrating applications with AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI environments.

• Lead complex component communication and state management strategies.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and lead technical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Frontend Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain complex, responsive web applications using Angular 10+.

• Create reusable components and libraries to streamline and standardize the development process.

• Optimize frontend applications for performance, scalability, and security, ensuring best practices are followed.

Collaboration and Integration:

• Work closely with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to ensure seamless integration of APIs and backend services.

• Participate in requirement gathering and refinement to ensure alignment between technical and business goals.

• Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to project standards.

Mentorship and Leadership:

• Mentor junior and mid-level frontend developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

• Lead discussions on frontend architecture, Angular best practices, and component communication strategies.

• Act as a technical lead for the frontend team, driving best practices and ensuring project goals are met.

Cloud and API Integration:

• Architect and integrate cloud services, including AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI, into frontend applications.

• Leverage cloud-native tools and services to enhance performance, reliability, and scalability.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in frontend technologies, including Angular updates, and lead their adoption within the team.

• Identify opportunities for improving the development process and advocate for the implementation of best practices and tools.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Experience: 1-3 years for Junior, 4-6 years for Mid and for Senior, 7-9 years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on Angular.

• Frontend Expertise: Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular Material Design, with hands-on experience in developing scalable and efficient frontend applications.

• Diagramming/Charting Libraries: Expertise in using libraries such as Draw2D, Vis.js, and D3.js for complex data visualizations.

• Cloud Technologies: Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI), with a preferred experience in multi-cloud environments.

• Reactive Programming: Strong experience with Reactive Forms and RxJs, demonstrating deep knowledge of component communication and state management in frontend applications.

• Problem-solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of adapting to dynamic requirements and resolving complex frontend challenges.

• Soft Skills: Effective communication and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to mentor and lead mid/junior developers.
