About the Role:


As a Call Center Verifier, you'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, providing exceptional customer service experience to our valued clients. You'll be responsible for handling a variety of Outbound calls, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a fantastic opportunity for freshers to gain valuable experience in the customer service industry/customer sales industry and build a strong foundation for their careers.


Qualifications:


• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 18 years old

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain information and build rapport with customers.

• Active listening skills to effectively understand customer inquiries and concerns.

• A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a genuine desire to help others.

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information.

• Proficiency in computer skills, including basic data entry, and a willingness to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to a high volume of outbound customer calls regarding our products or services.

• Actively listen to customer concerns, identify their needs, and provide accurate and helpful information.

• Document all customer interactions clearly and concisely within the CRM system.

• Upsell or recommend additional products or services when appropriate (depending on the company)

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor throughout all interactions, fostering trust and building customer satisfaction.
