Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Specialist with call center experience to join our team. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage customer relationships, drive sales initiatives, and contribute to our marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving targets.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Marketing Support:
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies.
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs, and provide insights to the marketing team.
Create engaging content for various marketing platforms, including social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Call Center Management:
Utilize call center experience to manage inbound and outbound calls effectively.
Train and mentor call center staff on sales techniques and customer service excellence.
Analyze call center metrics and customer feedback to improve service delivery and sales performance.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular sales and marketing reports, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing efforts.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a call center environment.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work setting.
