Responsibilities

- Marketing Support:

- Create engaging content for various marketing platforms, including social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Call Center Management:
- Utilize call center experience to manage inbound and outbound calls effectively.
- Train and mentor call center staff on sales techniques and customer service excellence.
- Analyze call center metrics and customer feedback to improve service delivery and sales performance.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales and marketing reports, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing efforts.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a call center environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work setting.
