Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of WordPress developers to deliver high-quality, scalable projects.
Drive the development of custom WordPress themes and plugins with a focus on functionality and performance.

Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing WordPress sites.
Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

5-6 years of experience in WordPress development, with a strong background in frontend and backend skills (PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery).
Extensive experience with plugin development and theme development.
Proven expertise in team leadership and project management.
Solid understanding of SEO best practices and responsive design principles.
Excellent communication skills, with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
