Description
The Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies to enhance the online presence of our clients. This role involves creating engaging content, managing client accounts, and analyzing performance metrics. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a passion for social media and a keen understanding of current trends.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies for clients.
- Identify target audiences and craft strategies to reach them.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, snapchat, tiktok , etc.).
- Coordinate with the design team to develop visual content.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media platforms.
- Manage Influential marketing.
- Preparing content marketing strategies.
- Foster positive relationships with followers and online communities.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Proactively suggest new ideas and concepts for content.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
