We're looking for an HR Generalist to manage our human resources functions, ensuring a productive and happy workforce. You'll oversee recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.




*Responsibilities:*




- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures


- Manage recruitment lifecycle (job postings, interviews, onboarding)


- Coordinate employee training and development programs


- Handle performance management, feedback, and appraisals


- Administer benefits, leaves, and time-off policies


- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations


- Analyze HR metrics and suggest improvements


- Manage employee relations, conflicts, and grievances


- Collaborate with management on strategic HR initiatives




*Requirements:*




- 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a software house


- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field


- Strong knowledge of Pakistani labor laws and regulations


- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills


- Ability to work independently and as part of a team


- Proficient in HR software and tools (e.g., HRMS, payroll systems)


- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
