We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team and lead our financial initiatives in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting matters, including financial planning, budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, compliance, risk management, investment oversight, and leading the finance team to drive the company’s financial performance and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Strategy and Planning

- Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy to align with business objectives.

- Lead long-term budgeting and cost management efforts.

- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO, Board, and executive team based on thorough financial analysis and projections.

Should be an expert in Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), with a strong focus on the following areas:

a)     Preparation: In-depth knowledge of the regulatory and structural requirements for establishing a REIT.

b)    Development: Experience in identifying, acquiring, and developing properties that align with REIT objectives.

c)     Management: Proven ability to effectively operate and manage REITs, including portfolio management, investor relations, and compliance.

d)    Expertise in these areas is mandatory for the role, ensuring the candidate can contribute to the success and growth of the organization.
