Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Call Center Representative with a passion for marketing and website services. In this role, you will engage potential clients in the UK and USA, introducing our high-quality marketing and web solutions with a focus on effective communication and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to introduce our marketing and website services to potential clients in the UK and USA.
- Engage in active and persuasive conversations to generate leads and set up meetings.
- Please provide accurate information regarding our services and answer client inquiries.
- Maintain records of interactions and follow up with potential clients to build strong relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
Requirements:
Female candidate with 1-2 years of experience in marketing, dispatch, or website service sales.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with a confident and active speaking style.
Ability to handle frequent calls and maintain a positive, persuasive tone.
Based in Lahore, available for an office-based position with adjustable hours.
Knowledge of digital marketing and web solutions (preferred but not mandatory).
