Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in WordPress, basic development skills, and a strong desire to grow within a collaborative environment. This role involves creating and customizing WordPress themes and plugins, managing website content, and ensuring that websites are optimized for performance and user experience.
Responsibilities:
1.Ensure website content and elements align with UX/UI best practices
2. Build, modify, and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins
3. Troubleshoot and debug issues with plugins, themes, and the WordPress core
4. Optimize website performance for faster loading times using tools like Google PageSpeed Insights and GTmetrix
5. Implement security best practices to prevent website vulnerabilities
6. Integrate APIs (like payment gateways, marketing tools) and third-party plugins
7. Ensure compatibility with WooCommerce and other eCommerce tools if needed
8. Work with designers, content creators, and project managers to develop seamless web solutions
9. Provide technical support to team members and clients on WordPress-related issues
10. Maintain clear documentation and use version control tools like Git for code management
Requirements:
Back-End Web Development and Front-End Development skills
Responsive Web Design and Web Design skills
1+ Experience in Web Development
Proficiency in Wordpress development
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field
