Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Development Manager to lead and grow our Sales/BD team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in B2B sales for a services-based software house, with a proven record in lead generation and closing deals. This role involves setting revenue targets, building sales strategies, and driving team performance in an agile environment. Proficiency in LinkedIn, proposal writing, tender bidding, and freelancing platforms is essential, along with strong English communication skills.



Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development Strategy - Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market reach.

Team Leadership & Development - Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing Sales/BD team through agile practices.

Sales Operations & Target Management - Implement processes and analyze metrics to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

B2B Lead Generation & Sales Conversion - Generate leads and close sales through LinkedIn, freelancing platforms, and proposal writing.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis - Conduct research to adjust strategies based on market trends and competitor activities.

Communication & Relationship Building - Build strong client relationships with excellent communication and service delivery.

Process Improvement & Innovation - Drive process efficiency and encourage innovation within the Sales/BD team.

Requirements:

  • Graduation in CS/IT/SE/Marketing or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales/BD for services-based Software house.
  • Proven track record of generating B2B leads and closing sales.
  • Hiring and leading the Sales team
  • Able to set revenue targets and develop Sales/BD plans to get targets.
  • Able to lead team in Agile way with daily scrums.
  • Excellent English Communication
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn, Staff Augmentation, Proposal Writing, Tender Bidding and Freelancing platforms.
