Looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving growth through digital advertising, managing CRM systems, creating and optimizing automation funnels, and leveraging data to maximize performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, data analysis, and a deep understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage A/B testing strategies to optimize ad performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SMS marketing, automation sequences, and funnel creation.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities for strategy optimization.
- Collaborate with content creators and designers for cohesive campaigns.
- Implement and manage marketing automation tools.
- Manage and optimize customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Segment and analyze customer data to drive targeted marketing efforts.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM system.
- Design, implement, and optimize marketing automation workflows and funnels.
- Develop automated workflows for lead nurturing and personalized content delivery.
- Develop automated email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Performance Marketer or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and strategies.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, GHL, Salesforce).
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Pardot).
- In-depth knowledge of the marketing automation funnels platform and its capabilities. .
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in international market is a plus
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience
- Proficient in SMO, SEM, hashtag research, social media management, and content creation.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards in lead generation
