Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and generate qualified leads through various channels, including cold outreach, networking, referrals, and digital marketing strategies. Client Engagement: Initiate contact with leads, schedule meetings, present tailored solutions, and manage the sales pipeline effectively. Proposal Development: Work with the technical team to craft compelling proposals, presentations, and project estimates that meet client needs. Sales Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to refine sales strategies and achieve sales targets. Feedback Integration: Gather client feedback and market insights to inform product development and service improvements.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Business Developer, Lead Generator, or similar role in the tech industry, particularly in web and mobile applications. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
