Job Description:

Pinch is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting restaurants in the field, explaining the features and benefits of the Pinch platform, and closing sales deals. This is a full-time, field-based role, requiring the representative to be out in the field 5 days a week.

Responsibilities



Key Responsibilities:


  • Visit restaurants to build relationships with owners and managers.
  • Present and demonstrate the Pinch platform, focusing on features like online store setup, rider monetization, SEO, and payment integration.
  • Understand the unique needs of each restaurant and customize your sales approach accordingly.
  • Close sales deals and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate product setup, demos, and client training
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using the CRM system.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams on customer needs and market trends.


Benefits

Base Salary: PKR 60,000 per month + performance-based commission (can be up to PKR 50,000 or more)
