Job Description:

We are looking for a highly strategic and creative individual to join our team as a Creative Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies that align with client goals, overseeing the creation of content calendars, and ensuring all creative outputs meet the highest standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to think both strategically and creatively, with a knack for turning client briefs into compelling visual and written content.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Key Account Managers to understand client campaign briefs and develop creative strategies that meet client objectives.
Prepare detailed content calendars for assigned clients in a timely manner, ensuring alignment with the overall campaign strategy and client expectations.
Conduct thorough research on various platforms, including social media, Shutter stock, Pinterest, and other creative resources, to gather inspiration and stay updated on current
Work closely with designers to execute the content calendar, ensuring that all creative outputs are on-brand, innovative, and meet client requirements.
Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to the content calendar and creative materials based on input from Key Account Managers and clients.
Form a collaborative environment within the creative team, encouraging the sharing of ideas and constructive feedback to continuously improve the quality of creative work.
Ensure all creative work maintains a high standard of quality, consistency, and accuracy across all platforms and deliverables.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our creative strategies remain cutting-edge and effective.
Must update and share the task sheet regularly at the day end to ensure smooth workflow and project tracking.
