Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Animator to join our creative team. This role primarily focuses on executing creative concepts and designs based on campaign briefs provided by the Creative Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to bring ideas to life through execution.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Creative Manager to understand campaign briefs and execute them into compelling visual content.
Design content calendars for assigned clients, ensuring all deliverables are created within the set timelines.
Conduct research on various platforms, including social media, design websites, and creative resources, to stay up-to-date on design trends and gather inspiration for projects.
Create high-quality designs that align with the brand's identity and meet the client’s objectives, while maintaining consistency across all platforms.
Execute revisions and incorporate feedback from Creative Managers and Key Account Managers to refine designs and ensure they meet client expectations.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure that our designs are innovative and cutting-edge.
Ensure all designs are error-free and maintain a high standard of quality before submission to clients.

Requirements:

Experience: 2+ years of experience in animation, preferably within an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
