Job Summary:
We are looking for Female HR Assistant who will assist the HR department with various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and record-keeping. All responsibilities, updates, and task outcomes will be directly reported to the HR Executive or HR Manager to ensure alignment with department goals and company policies. This role supports a smooth and efficient HR operation by acting as a liaison between employees and the HR Executive/HR Manager.
Responsibilities:

· Assist in Recruiting and managing employees
· Maintain accurate employee records.
· To act as a resource to employees for resolving workplace issues.
· Any other work delegated by the HR Manager.
Night Shift (6pm - 4 am)
Requirements:
Requirements:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Experience: 1-2 years in HR or administrative support roles preferred.
· Experience in a US Medical Billing Office is a big plus
Skills:
· Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software/HRIS.
· Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
