Job Description:

As an IT Intern, you will assist in a variety of IT-related tasks, from system administration to network support and troubleshooting. This role provides a valuable learning experience and a chance to apply your technical knowledge in a professional environment. You will work closely with the IT team to support the day-to-day operations of our technology systems and assist with projects aimed at improving our infrastructure.

Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Support the setup and configuration of IT systems, devices, and software applications.
Perform routine system maintenance and updates for software and hardware.
Help monitor network performance and security.
Assist with IT helpdesk support, addressing technical issues from end users.
Conduct research on new technologies and provide recommendations for improvements.
Assist with data backup and recovery processes.
Maintain and organize IT inventory and documentation.
Help configure and test new IT hardware (e.g., laptops, desktops, printers).
Participate in internal IT projects, such as system upgrades or migrations.
Other duties as assigned.
