Times: Night Shift, 0600PM to 0400AM PST

· Conducting thorough verification of customer information
· Ensuring data accuracy and completeness through meticulous review and attention to detail.

· Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company policies, products, and processes.
· Collaborating with fellow verifiers and team members to enhance verification protocols.

· High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
· 1 to 2 years of previous experience in a call center, customer service, or data verification role is essential
· Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
· Proficiency in using computer systems and data entry tools.
· Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
