Job Description:

The Account Manager (ACCA Qualified) will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of financial services. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, a proven track record of managing client relationships, and a keen eye for detail. The role involves working closely with both clients and internal teams to provide financial insights, manage budgets, and drive growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:

Client Account Management:

Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing all aspects of the client relationship. Provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations to clients on their financial performance and future strategy.

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare and review monthly/quarterly/yearly financial statements and reports. Analyze financial data and identify trends, opportunities, and areas of concern.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

Work with clients to develop accurate budgets and financial forecasts. Ensure budgets align with client goals and business strategies.

Compliance & Risk Management:

Ensure client accounts are compliant with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and tax laws. Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with client operations.

Project Management:

Oversee the implementation and execution of financial projects, including system upgrades, reporting tools, or any new financial processes.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments, such as Sales, Operations, and Tax, to ensure a seamless flow of information and support in achieving business objectives.

Client Reporting & Presentations:

Deliver regular financial performance reports and presentations to clients, offering insights, actionable recommendations, and solutions to optimize financial results.
