- Conduct outbound/inbound calls to US-based customers for home warranty and energy services.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about services while addressing customer queries.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers through professional communication.
- Record customer information, interactions, and sales outcomes in the system.
- Follow up on potential leads to maximize conversion rates.
- Adhere to call scripts, quality standards, and company protocols during every interaction.
