Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates in BBIT, BBA, CS, or IT who are looking to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process, particularly in the tech industry.

Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
Post job advertisements on various platforms and manage job boards.
Conduct initial interviews and schedule follow-up interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Support the recruitment team in coordinating recruitment campaigns and events.
Provide administrative support, including preparing job descriptions and tracking hiring progress.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in BBIT, BBA, CS, IT, or a related field.
Fresh graduate or up to 6 months of relevant experience (internship experience is a plus).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and recruitment tools is a plus.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
