HR/Recruitment Intern [Job ID: 1354946]

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates in BBIT, BBA, CS, or IT who are looking to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process, particularly in the tech industry. 

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for technical and non-technical roles. 
• Post job advertisements on various platforms and manage job boards. 
• Conduct initial interviews and schedule follow-up interviews with hiring managers. 
• Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. 
• Support the recruitment team in coordinating recruitment campaigns and events. 
• Provide administrative support, including preparing job descriptions and tracking hiring progress. 

• Bachelor’s degree in BBIT, BBA, CS, IT, or a related field. 
• Fresh graduate or up to 6 months of relevant experience (internship experience is a plus). 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and recruitment tools is a plus. 
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. 

• Hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition..
