Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates in BBIT, BBA, CS, or IT who are looking to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process, particularly in the tech industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
- Post job advertisements on various platforms and manage job boards.
- Conduct initial interviews and schedule follow-up interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the recruitment team in coordinating recruitment campaigns and events.
- Provide administrative support, including preparing job descriptions and tracking hiring progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in BBIT, BBA, CS, IT, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or up to 6 months of relevant experience (internship experience is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and recruitment tools is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
