- Interpret bid documents, technical drawings, and US standards.
- Prepare scopes of work and manage subcontractor bids.
- Collaborate with project teams to optimize budgets and timelines.
- Utilize tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and PlanSwift for precise calculations.
Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (HEC recognized).
- Minimum 6 months+ experience in estimation.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and strong organizational skills.
