DBuilders, a leading construction company, is seeking a detail-oriented Estimating Engineer with expertise in USA-based cost estimation, particularly for high-rise and multi-family buildings.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Perform detailed material takeoffs and cost estimates.
Interpret bid documents, technical drawings, and US standards.
Prepare scopes of work and manage subcontractor bids.
Collaborate with project teams to optimize budgets and timelines.
Utilize tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and PlanSwift for precise calculations.

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (HEC recognized).
Minimum 6 months+ experience in estimation.
Proficiency in cost estimation software and strong organizational skills.
