Responsibilities:

Create engaging designs for web and mobile platforms, including UI/UX mockups, social media graphics, marketing materials, and presentations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, development, and product) to deliver high-quality visual solutions that meet project objectives.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual content.
Design promotional materials such as brochures, banners, infographics, and digital advertisements.
Work on motion graphics or video content as needed for campaigns and presentations.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an IT or digital services company.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and tools like Figma or Sketch.
Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and web design best practices.
Expertise in typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
Experience with motion graphics or animation tools like Adobe After Effects is an advantage.
Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
