Purchase & Planning Officer

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage procurement activities, including vendor selection, price negotiations, and purchase order processing.

- Develop and execute material and production planning strategies to meet business needs.

- Ensure timely availability of materials and services to support production schedules.

- Monitor inventory levels and implement measures to optimize stock levels.

- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality, timely delivery, and adherence to contractual terms.

- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve supplier relationships.

- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and vendor performance.

- Coordinate with internal departments to align purchasing and planning activities with organizational goals.
