Job Description:

We are seeking an IT Procurement Coordinator to oversee the procurement and licensing of software products, manage installations, and provide post-sales support. The ideal candidate will ensure cost-effective procurement, maintain vendor relationships, and deliver high-quality IT solutions tailored to client needs.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Procurement and Vendor Management:

Identify, assess, and onboard vendors for software licenses and IT products.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements (SLAs) with suppliers.

Maintain up-to-date records of vendors, contracts, and purchased licenses.

2. Software Sales and Support:

Drive the sales process for software licenses, IT solutions, and services.

Assist clients in selecting appropriate software and products based on their requirements.

Coordinate installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of software products.

3. Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure all licensing complies with industry standards and legal requirements.

Maintain records of licenses, renewals, warranties, and related documentation.

Generate procurement reports for management review.

4. Internal Collaboration:

Work closely with internal IT teams to understand product needs and priorities.

Provide training and technical support to end-users post-installation.

Requirements:

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Relevant certifications in procurement or IT (e.g., Certified Technology Procurement Specialist, ITIL Foundation) are a plus.

Experience Requirements:

3+ years of experience in IT procurement, software licensing, or related roles.

Hands-on experience with IT products, licensing models (e.g., SaaS, perpetual licenses), and vendor management.

Proven track record of coordinating software installations and providing technical support.

Familiarity with ERP systems, procurement tools, and basic IT infrastructure.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Knowledge of procurement processes and IT product life cycles.

Technical understanding of software installations and troubleshooting.
