Job Title: Sales Closer – Final Expense Campaign

Shift Timings: 7:30 PM – 5:45 AM
J.Sons Communications is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Closer for our Final Expense Campaign. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a proven ability to close sales.
Responsibilities:
• Engage potential customers through effective communication and build rapport.
• Present and explain the benefits of final expense insurance policies to prospective clients.
• Handle objections confidently and provide solutions to meet customer needs.
• Close sales deals efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Ensure accurate data entry of customer details and sales transactions.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in sales closing, preferably in a call center environment.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English with an engaging phone presence.
• Ability to handle rejection positively and remain motivated.
• Experience in the Final Expense Campaign is a plus but not mandatory.
