Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Administrator with a minimum of 3 years of experience to support our administrative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing essential administrative support, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of office activities. This role requires a strong ability to multitask, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining efficiency across various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies inventory, ensuring stock levels are adequate and reorder as necessary.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, mail).
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external use.
- Assist with document filing, archiving, and retrieval of important documents.
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including calendar management and task coordination.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business-related documents as required.
Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
Education:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
