Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user experiences across digital platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, a user-centered design approach, and a passion for solving complex design challenges.

Responsibilities:

User Research: Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and understand user behavior to inform design decisions.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
UI Design: Design engaging and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, adhering to brand guidelines.
UX Design: Develop user flows, journey maps, and other UX artifacts to improve usability and user satisfaction.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Usability Testing: Conduct usability tests, gather insights, and iterate designs based on user feedback.
Design Systems: Maintain and enhance design systems, ensuring consistency across all digital products.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
