Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative CG Artist with expertise in Maya/Max and VRAY/Arnold rendering to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating stunning CG assets, leading post-production processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver visually compelling content. Knowledge of Unity level design and prop management is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• CG Asset Creation: Develop high-quality CG assets using Maya/Max with expertise in VRAY/Arnold for rendering.
• Post-Production Leadership: Lead the post-production process, ensuring the delivery of polished and visually stunning renders.
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing for icons, screenshots, and other visuals to optimize performance and improve engagement metrics.
• Collaboration: Work closely with creative and marketing teams to conceptualize and create compelling visuals that align with project goals.
• Unity Levels Design (Optional): Contribute to Unity level design, including props management, environment optimization, and asset integration as needed.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering using Maya/Max with VRAY/Arnold.
• Strong understanding of post-production techniques and tools.
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools to optimize visuals.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Unity, including level design, props management, and environment optimization, is a plus.
• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and time management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in gaming or entertainment industries.
• Portfolio showcasing CG assets, renders, and visual projects.
