Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
As the National Sales Manager, you will:
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Design and implement nationwide sales plans to achieve company targets and drive revenue growth.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of Regional Sales Managers and other sales professionals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Channel Management: Manage and optimize distribution channels, ensuring effective delivery and availability of products across the country.
- Performance Monitoring: Set sales targets, track performance, and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and product development teams to create synergized efforts.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and other stakeholders.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales operations comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Requirements
Key Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
