With a legacy of excellence and a vision to become a global brand, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations nationwide.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:


As the National Sales Manager, you will:


  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Design and implement nationwide sales plans to achieve company targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of Regional Sales Managers and other sales professionals.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Channel Management: Manage and optimize distribution channels, ensuring effective delivery and availability of products across the country.
  • Performance Monitoring: Set sales targets, track performance, and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and product development teams to create synergized efforts.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and other stakeholders.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales operations comply with company policies and legal requirements.

Requirements

Key Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the FMCG industry.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

ü Strong analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.
