International Telesales Executive (Outbound)

Urgent Hiring Telesales Executive for (UK-Outbound) Campaign (Lahore Based Job)

Job Responsibilities:

• Ask engaging questions to customers to keep conversations going
• Make outbound sales calls to clients in the UK and Australia to sell services on daily basis
• Listen to the customer’s needs and inform them of relevant services
• Create lasting relationships with customers and use them to generate repeat sales Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize revenue
• Maintain the customer’s data in Excel sheet and share it with the General Manager on daily basis
• Answer customer questions regarding offer services Meet sales targets as per assigned by the management
• Share progress reports with the General Manager daily Skills Required: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Persuasion and negotiation abilities. Fluency in English languages (UK Accent will be a plus)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills. Resilience and the ability to handle rejection.
