Job Description: Social Media Team Lead (Night Shift) We are seeking an experienced and motivated Social Media Team Lead to manage and enhance our brand presence across platforms like Snapchat, Facebook, and Instagram. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective social media strategies for Snapchat, Facebook, and other platforms. Utilize tools like Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, and Snapchat Ads to manage and track campaigns. Lead a team of social media specialists, content creators, and designers to ensure timely execution of tasks. Monitor analytics and performance metrics to refine campaigns and achieve key objectives. Stay updated with social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Strategy Development 1. Develop content and marketing strategies for platforms like Snapchat, Facebook, Instagram, and others. 2. Define campaign objectives and set performance goals (e.g., reach, engagement, and conversions). 3. Use audience insights to optimize targeting and messaging. Team Management 1. Lead the social media team and assign tasks effectively. 2. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and copywriters to ensure high-quality output. 3. Train and guide the team to stay updated with industry trends. Content Creation & Scheduling 1. Create and manage engaging Snapchat Stories and AR filters. 2. Use Meta Business Suite and Facebook tools for content scheduling and publishing. 3. Ensure all platforms have consistent, high-quality graphics, videos, and text content. Performance Analysis 1. Utilize tools like Meta Business Suite, Snapchat Insights, and Facebook Analytics to track and report performance. 2. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies based on results. Community Engagement 1. Interact with followers, respond to comments, and engage with user-generated content across platforms. 2. Monitor brand reputation and resolve any issues raised on social media. Trend Monitoring 1. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and tools (e.g., new features on Snapchat and Meta). 2. Incorporate trending topics and formats into campaigns to increase engagement
Job Requirements for Social Media Team Lead 1. Skills & Expertise: Proficiency in Facebook tools such as Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, and Facebook Analytics for content scheduling, performance tracking, and ad campaign management. Knowledge of Snapchat's features, including Stories, AR filters, and Snapchat Ads, to create engaging and innovative campaigns. Strong understanding of other social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Expertise in content strategy development and crafting social media campaigns that align with brand objectives. Analytical skills to evaluate performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Snapchat Insights. 2. Leadership & Communication: Proven ability to lead a team, assign responsibilities, and ensure timely delivery of tasks. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for team collaboration and client interactions. Problem-solving abilities to manage crises or unexpected challenges on social media platforms. Ability to motivate the team and foster a creative and productive work environment. 3. Creativity & Trend Awareness: Ability to create innovative campaigns tailored to target audiences. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and features to keep strategies competitive. Creativity in designing content for Snapchat Stories, AR filters, and Instagram Reels. 4. Technical & Organizational Skills: Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social. Excellent time management and ability to multitask across multiple projects and platforms. Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus. 5. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in social media management, with a focus on Facebook and Snapchat. Prior experience managing a team is highly desirable.
