Job Description:

ZMES Global is a newly established yet growing digital engineering firm in Lahore. We are currently providing Architecture Design and 3d Visualization services across the USA, UK, AUZ, NZ, and Canada. We are aiming to expand our services towards Construction Project Management & Estimation, Construction Mitigation Claims, Building Information Modelling, and Point Cloud Data.

Responsibilities:

Design and drafting architectural working drawings, home extension permit sets, deck permit drawings, and shop drawings along with CAD file cleanups and conversions from different formats e.g., PDF, JPG, and PNG to CAD
Research different building codes and regulations of the USA, UK, NZ, US, and Canada
Collaborate with design engineers to conceptualize and develop project designs.
Work closely with the project team to ensure adherence to client requirements and project timelines.
Ensure efficient data management and secure file transfer.

Requirements:

Strong grip on drafting and modeling software like Autocad, Revit and Sketchup.
Strong understanding of architectural principles, design aesthetics, and attention to detail.
Excellent analytical teamwork and communication skills
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to diverse projects
Able to do night shifts from 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM
