Job Description:

As a Junior SQA Engineer at Pure Elements Technologies, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining test strategies for both manual and automated testing. You will collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve issues, and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

Test Planning and Strategy: Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for manual and automated testing to ensure thorough coverage of all functionalities.
Manual Testing: Execute detailed manual test cases to identify software defects and ensure that software meets specified requirements.
Automation Testing: Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects and issues, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
Test Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test reports.
Quality Metrics: Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure seamless integration of testing processes.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in software quality assurance, with expertise in both manual and automated testing.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
