Business Development Executive
(Real Estate & Hospitality Management)
Location: Gulberg III, Lahore
Timings: Night
Duty Hours: 9 working hours
Responsibilities:

§ Understand client needs and requirements, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
§ Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead of market dynamics.
§ Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends.
§ Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow-up.
§ Provide continuous, constructive guidance to salespeople to improve sales.
§ Capable of implementing an effective sales approach that expands our reach to maximise revenues.
Requirements:

§ Identify, develop, and implement strategies for new business opportunities in the hospitality and management sector.
§ Demonstrated experience in diagnosing and resolving customer issues with a can-do attitude.
§ Strong interpersonal skills with the capability to manage challenging interactions effectively.
§ Experience working efficiently within a team environment to achieve common goals.
§ Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy.
§ Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
