Front Desk Officer (Real Estate & Hospitality Management) We are seeking a dedicated and experienced male Hotel Receptionist to join our team at our apartments in Gulberg, Lahore. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to daily hotel operations. This position is well-suited to candidates with prior experience in hotel reception or hospitality roles.
Responsibilities
Job Description: § Manage the reception area and ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction. § Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently. § Address and resolve guest inquiries and issues promptly. § Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure that all guest needs are attended to. § Assist in managing reservations using platforms like Munshi and others. § Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception area. § Implement and adhere to building policies and procedures. § Assist in preparing reports on daily operations and performance. § Must maintain a positive tone when greeting guests and addressing complaints. § Perform clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, and maintaining records. Also, monitor, maintain, and order office equipment on the counter. § Front desk officers should be able to multitask, such as answering calls promptly and professionally.
Requirements
Qualifications: § Experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably within the hotel industry or a related field § Strong communication and interpersonal skills. § Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and calm. § Proficient in using hotel management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and booking systems. § Excellent organisational and multitasking skills. § A diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field is advantageous.
