Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager – HR to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and training.

Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Handle employee relations, ensuring a positive workplace environment.
Plan and conduct training programs to support employee development.
Maintain HR records, monitor payroll, leave, and benefits administration.
Implement HR policies and ensure organizational compliance with labor laws.
Support leadership with HR reporting and organizational planning.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
3-4 years of relevant HR experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
