Job Description:

The Senior Quality Assurance Manager will oversee the quality assurance processes, strategies, and teams, ensuring that all products and services meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing QA methodologies, mentoring teams, analyzing risk factors, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of quality assurance professionals.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures.
Establish and oversee testing plans, schedules, and test case development.
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance quality processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product management, operations, etc.) to define and maintain quality standards.
Manage risk assessments, identify gaps, and ensure risk mitigation strategies are in place.
Analyze trends, data, and feedback to ensure continuous process improvement.
Monitor compliance with QA standards, policies, and industry regulations.
Act as a leader and advocate for quality across all stages of product development and deployment.
