The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and providing financial insights to support business decisions. *Key Responsibilities:* *Financial Statement Preparation* 1. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. 2. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations. *Financial Analysis* 1. Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. 2. Provide financial insights to support business decisions. *Budgeting and Forecasting* 1. Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts. 2. Analyze variances and provide recommendations for improvement. *Financial Reporting* 1. Prepare and submit financial reports to management and stakeholders. *Administrative* 1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. 2. Assist in implementing and maintaining financial systems and processes. *Requirements:* 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. 2. 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field. 4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, laws, and regulations. *Desirable* 1. Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero). 2. Knowledge of financial analysis and modeling. 3. Experience in auditing or financial reporting. *Skills:* 1.
