We are looking for an experienced Admin Manager with proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) to oversee office operations, administrative functions, and communication with Chinese stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, and experience in managing business operations efficiently.
✅ Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth workflow. ✅ Communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking clients, vendors, and partners. ✅ Manage office supplies, logistics, and facility maintenance. ✅ Supervise and coordinate office staff to ensure efficiency. ✅ Handle documentation, reporting, and record-keeping. ✅ Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations. ✅ Assist in HR-related tasks such as recruitment and employee coordination. ✅ Translate and interpret Chinese documents/emails when required.
🔹 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 🔹 3 years of experience in Administration or Office Management. 🔹 Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) – spoken & written. 🔹 Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 🔹 Experience in handling business correspondence and negotiations. 🔹 Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
